About Bachelor’s Programme Graduates

Graduates of the single curriculum programme possess theoretical and professional knowledge of andragogy, adult education in various settings and contexts, adult didactics, gerontagogy, and are able to make use of this knowledge while teaching adults. They have theoretical and professional knowledge of personnel management, its procedures, activities and methods, and are able to make use of this knowledge while working in various organizations. Graduates also understand relevant concepts from other related social sciences, possess relevant skills in social psychology, and are well acquainted with social research and research in adult education and personnel management. Our wide selection of compulsory elective and elective courses helps graduates deepen their expert knowledge and acquire or improve new skills.

Graduates of the double curriculum programme demonstrate theoretical and professional knowledge of andragogy, adult education in various settings and contexts, adult didactics, gerontagogy, and are able to make use of this knowledge while teaching adults. About Master’s Programme Graduates

Graduates of the single curriculum programme have theoretical and professional knowledge of comparative andragogy, adult education policy and its transnationalization, social and special adult education, and possess knowledge and skills necessary for adult education guidance. They have theoretical and professional knowledge and skills in strategic human resource management in organizations, international human resource management and its multicultural aspects, labour law and personnel counselling. Graduates are also well acquainted with the educational contexts of healthy and active aging and age management, and possess relevant knowledge and skills necessary in the areas of applied social psychology, work and organizational psychology, and the psychology of adult learning. Our wide selection of non-compulsory courses helps graduates acquire additional professional knowledge and skills.
